Chinese Peanuts

Raw shelled peanuts
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place peanuts 1-inch thick in cast iron skillet. Toss with soy sauce. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring often, until peanuts are brown and dry. Do not let the peanuts burn.
