Easy Microwave Chocolate Mug Cake

  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. whole milk
  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 4 squares caramel, quartered
  • 1/4 c. toasted pecans, chopped
  1. Step 1In 12-ounce mug, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk, butter and vanilla. Fold in caramel and pecans. Microwave on High until just cooked through, about 1 1/2 minutes.
