Instant Masala Paneer Roll Recipe

  • 4/5 rotis/ parathas
  • 4 tsp mayonnaise (optional)
  • For the stuffing:
  • 200 gram paneer
  • 1/2 cup green capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp kasuri methi (dry/ powder)
  • 1 tsp saunf (fennel) powder
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp amchur powder
  • Salt to taste

Finely chop or crumble the paneer and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients of the stuffing. Add the paneer last. Taste to adjust salt.

Roast the rotis/ parathas as usual and then spread around 1 tsp of mayonnaise on each. Add the masala paneer filling inside each, roll tightly and serve with ketchup and/or chutney.
