Miso Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons miso (preferably shiro or awase)
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • Pinch of freshly ground pepper
  • 1/3 cup safflower oil
  • Step 1

    Whisk together miso, vinegar, and pepper. Gradually whisk in oil.
