4 envelopes Knox® unflavored gelatine
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 cups orange juice, heated to boiling
1 cup peanut butter
2 bananas, chopped
In a large bowl, mix Knox® unflavored gelatine with sugar. Add hot juice and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. With a wire whip or rotary beater, blend in peanut butter. Add bananas. Pour into an 8- or 9-inch square pan and chill until firm.
To serve, cut into 1-inch squares.
