Olive Cheese Puffs

Olive-Cheese Puffs

2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Blend cheese, flour and paprika. Add butter and mix well. Mound 1 teaspoon dough around a stuffed green olive. Freeze on a cookie sheet.

When ready to bake, remove from freezer, and bake at 400 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes.

Makes about 40 puffs.
